The AXIS Q18 Series is a line of high-performance, outdoor-ready bullet cameras designed to deliver exceptional image quality and advanced analytics capabilities. These cameras have features such as up to 32x optical zoom and resolutions reaching up to 41 MP/8K, ensuring detailed surveillance across various distances and lighting conditions. The series includes models like the AXIS Q1805-LE, Q1806-LE, Q1808-LE, and Q1809-LE, each tailored to specific surveillance needs. For instance, the Q1805-LE offers a 2 MP resolution with 32x optical zoom, while the Q1809-LE provides a 41 MP resolution for extreme detail. These cameras also incorporate Axis’ proprietary technologies, such as Lightfinder 2.0 for improved colour and clarity in low-light conditions, Forensic WDR for balanced exposure in high-contrast scenes, and OptimizedIR for effective night-time surveillance.
These cameras are designed for easy installation and robust performance in harsh environments. They feature IDC network connectors and a spacious back box for secure cable management, housed in a durable aluminium casing that can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 60 °C (-40 °F to 140 °F). The series supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) out, allowing additional devices such as network speakers or strobe sirens to connect and power. The cameras also offer impressive low-light performance thanks to Lightfinder 2.0 technology, which ensures accurate colour representation in near darkness, and OptimizedIR for clear footage in complete darkness. The AXIS Q18 Series is ideal for a wide range of surveillance applications, from monitoring large open areas to providing detailed imagery for identification purposes at long distances.
